Two lines, same crew
The difference is the materials and what we are willing to guarantee, not who turns up or how carefully they work.

Most clients who intend to sell within three years take Essential. Most who intend to stay take Certified, because the guarantee is only worth something if you are the one holding the bill twelve months later.

A typical 250 m² Dubai villa measures about 60 m² of glazing, 135 m² of roof and 240 m² of wall. Yours will differ, which is what the survey is for.
What a single measure costs
You do not have to buy the package. These are Essential-line prices for one measure on its own, on a 250 m² villa, with what our engine expects it to save each year:

How you pay
- 44% of the total on signature. The same share on both lines and on any scope, so you can work it out before we quote.
- The remaining 56% in three equal monthly payments, interest free.
- Post-dated cheques or Tabby, whichever suits you.
- No finance charge and no credit check on the cheque route — the instalments are ours, not a lender’s.
What is included in every price
- Free survey, no obligation, about forty-five minutes.
- A written proposal with the exact saving, the exact price and the schedule, usually within forty-eight hours of the visit.
- Materials, labour, access equipment, masking and site protection.
- Two days on site for a typical villa, crew of six.
- Removal of all waste and a final clean.
- Written warranty, and on the Certified line the savings guarantee.
What the guarantee actually says
The “up to 30%” you see in our advertising is an estimate and an upper bound. It is not what we guarantee. What we guarantee is the figure your surveyor issues for your villa after measuring it — that number goes into the Certified contract.
It is measured over the twelve months after the work against the same twelve months before, adjusted for any change in DEWA tariffs. A shortfall is refunded in dirhams. Excluded are changes you make yourself: more people living there, an extension, a new pool, an EV charger. The Essential line carries no savings guarantee, and we say so before you sign rather than after.
