Your villa is heating the street.
Up to 30% of your DEWA bill pays for heat you never wanted. We stop it at the glass, the roof and the doors — in two days.

Electricity only — not water, sewerage or housing fee.
03When was it built?
This changes the answer more than anything else here. An older villa has far more heat to reject, so it saves far more.

A best-case estimate from your bill and property type, assuming nothing shades the glass. Your surveyor measures every elevation and gives you the exact figure — normally within 20% of this one. That figure, not this one, is what we guarantee.
Glass lets the sun straight in. Walls barely matter.
This ranking decides everything we recommend — and it is why we will sometimes tell you that half of what you were planning to buy is not worth the money.
Biggest
Glass
Solar energy passes through a window directly into the room. A west-facing pane in July delivers more heat per square metre than anything else on the building.
Depends
Roof
Bare concrete reaches 70 °C up there. How much of it reaches you comes down entirely to the insulation underneath — on an older villa, a great deal.
Smallest
Walls
An opaque wall has to heat up first, and about 97% of what it absorbs goes straight back out to the air. Which is why we never sell a wall coating as an energy product.
Two days. Then we are gone.
A crew of six, working in parallel. The only thing we cannot rush is the roof.
Day one
- Glass cleaned, film cut and wet-applied — the house is usable that evening
- Roof cleaned, primed, first coat down
- Facade sprayed with the clear repellent
- Door and balcony seals fitted, thermostats commissioned
Day two
- Roof second coat, once the first has cured overnight
- Pool deck coating, if you chose it
- Walk-through, photographs, warranty paperwork
- Handover, with before-and-after surface temperatures in writing
A second coat on an uncured first coat blisters and loses adhesion. So it waits overnight. No amount of extra crew changes that, and anyone who promises otherwise is telling you something else that is not true either.
Everyone claims 30%. Almost nobody shows the maths.
Window film in Dubai sells for anywhere between 75 and 450 dirhams a square metre — sometimes on different pages of the same company’s website. When nothing is comparable, the only honest move left is to open the numbers.

Ask for the working and we send it, line by line. And we stand behind it: the figure your surveyor gives you goes into the Certified contract as a written guarantee, measured against the same twelve months before the work. Come in under it and we pay you the difference.
Questions people actually ask.
How much can window film really save on a DEWA bill?
On a Dubai villa, 10–25% of the electricity bill, depending on how much glass you have, which way it faces and how old the building is. A villa built before 2011 with single glazing saves roughly twice what a new Al Sa’fat villa saves, because there is twice as much heat to reject. We show you the calculation, not just the headline.
Does solar film make the house dark?
That depends which film. Clear ceramic keeps the view and leaves the facade looking unchanged, and rejects less heat. Dual-reflective gives you full daytime privacy while you still see out at night. Mirror silver rejects the most heat and costs the least, but the outside looks mirrored and some communities will not approve it. The calculator prices all three.
What exactly do you guarantee?
The number on this page is an estimate from your bill and your property type. It is useful, and it is not a promise. After the survey we give you an exact figure for your villa — measured elevations, your actual glass, your actual roof build-up — and on the Certified line that figure goes into the contract as a guarantee. We compare the twelve months after the work with the same twelve months before it, adjusted for any DEWA tariff change. If the measured saving lands under the guaranteed figure, we pay you the difference in dirhams. What the guarantee does not cover is what you change yourself: more people living there, an extension, a new pool, an EV charger.
Will a cool roof coating stop leaks as well?
The polyurethane system we use is a full waterproofing membrane with a ten-year written warranty, and the white topcoat is what makes it a cool roof. On a villa whose roof is already insulated to code, the waterproofing is the stronger reason to do it — and we will tell you that rather than overstate the energy saving.
Can you treat a facade if we cannot change its colour?
Yes. We spray a clear silane-siloxane impregnation that leaves the colour exactly as it is, so no community approval is needed. It keeps the wall dry and slows dust build-up considerably. It is a protection and cleanliness product — we do not claim an energy saving for it, because there is not a meaningful one.
What about the paving around the pool?
A textured cool-deck coating drops the surface temperature by fifteen to twenty-five degrees and adds a non-slip finish. It is the one thing on this page you can verify with your bare feet about five seconds after we finish.
How long are you on site?
Two days for a typical villa, with a crew of six. The only thing that cannot be compressed is the roof: the second coat has to go onto a cured first coat, so it waits overnight and goes down the next morning. Everything else runs in parallel on day one.
How does payment work?
Four payments. The first covers materials and the crew, the remaining three are monthly and interest free. Nothing is lost if you change your mind before we start.
